A community conversation about foster care and ways to ensure children can thrive is Thursday, May 12, at the Ted Ferry Civic Center. Megan Cacciola of Alaska Humanities Forum speaks about the event which will start with a short performance staged by Keith Smith. This was spearheaded by Carmel Anderson in conjunction with her gallery exhibit, “Foster Love, Foster Care.”
