Rev. Larry Emery of Metlakatla Presbyterian Church recently published a 26-page booklet entitled August 7th, 1887, The First Founder’s Day, telling the more in-depth story behind the annual celebration. KRBD talked with him over the phone about Founder’s Day and the new booklet.
