Carolyn “Care” Clift is the Libertarian Party’s candidate for Alaska governor. She was in Ketchikan last week for a debate with other governor candidates, and to learn more about a region she’s not visited very often. Clift is a former schoolteacher, who taught in Aniak, outside of Bethel; as well as in Anchorage. Clift stopped by KRBD and talked to Leila Kheiry about her candidacy, and how she believes she’s already won. Here’s a portion of that conversation.
Clift also talked about the three propositions on the November ballot, Ketchikan’s education funding lawsuit against the state and much more.
