A section of Front Street in downtown Ketchikan is closed for up to three weeks because of the city’s ongoing Berth 2 reconstruction project.
Southbound traffic should use Mission Street and northbound traffic is directed to use Main Street. There are detour signs to show the way.
During the road closure, Ketchikan Gateway Borough buses will use a temporary bus stop on Dock Street rather than the stop at Front and Dock.
Public notices at both bus stops offer instructions for passengers.
