KETCHIKAN, ALASKA (2010-07-23) A 38-year-old Pacific Airways pilot died in a floatplane crash Friday morning in Ketchikan. Federal agencies are investigating the cause of the crash, which killed the plane’s only occupant – pilot and Ketchikan resident Josh Merdock.
