State legislators attend Friday's celebration in Ketchikan marking the completion of the Swan-Tyee electrical intertie.

KETCHIKAN, ALASKA (2010-01-29) Lawmakers and residents alike celebrated the completion of the Swan-Tyee electrical intertie Friday night at Ketchikan’s Ted Ferry Civic Center. The “Flip the Switch” event was the culmination of the project, more than 30 years and $100 million in the making.
