KETCHIKAN, ALASKA (2009-11-20) Construction is underway on a new housing unity in Ketchikan for individuals with developmental disabilities. Community Connections kicked off the construction phase of the project with a ground breaking ceremony Friday at the site of the future complex at 323 Carlanna Lake Road.
