Assembly fails to reach agreement on Ward Cove

KETCHIKAN, ALASKA (2009-11-10) The debate over what to do with the Ketchikan Gateway Borough’s portion of the former Ketchikan Pulp Mill site will continue for now. That’s after the Borough Assembly Monday night failed to five borough staff direction on what to do with the property.
