Three people were arrested early Thursday morning after police received a report of drug sales at a local hotel.
Ketchikan Police reported Friday that officers served a search warrant at the hotel room and contacted a 39-year-old man, a 24-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman.
Officers say they found a plastic baggie containing suspected methamphetamine valued at $7,500, and a small amount of heroin.
All three were charged with third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
The 39-year-old man also was charged with giving false information, and the woman was charged with fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
They were arraigned Thursday afternoon in Ketchikan District Court.
